| 摘要 |
目的 分析消毒供应中心采用标准化质量控制路径清洗手术器械的效果。方法 从2022年1月-2022年12月实施常规清洗流程的手术器械中抽取100件（A组），从消毒供应中心2023年1月-2023年12月实施标准化质量控制路径清洗流程的手术器械中抽取100件（B组），对比两组清洗效果。结果 ①B组手术器械清洗后外观情况（外观光亮、血渍、污垢、锈斑）和清洗达标率（光学镜头、操作器械、连接线、辅助器械）优于A组（P＜0.05）。②B组清洗质量评分（器械拆装、清洗质量、消毒质量、包装质量、环境管理）高于A组（P＜0.05）。③B组细菌检出率低于A组（χ2=6.818，P=0.009）。结论 消毒供应中心采用标准化质量控制路径清洗手术器械，能提高清洗效果，降低细菌检出率。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of standardized quality control path in disinfection supply center. Methods 100 units from the surgical instruments in the routine cleaning process from January 2022 to December 2022 and 100 units (Group B) from the standardized QC path cleaning process from January 2023 to December 2023 to compare the cleaning effect of the two groups. Results Group ① B had better appearance (bright appearance, blood stains, dirt, rust) and cleaning rate (optical lens, operating device, connecting line, auxiliary device) than Group A (P <0.05).② The cleaning quality score of Group B (device disassembly, cleaning quality, disinfection quality, packaging quality, and environmental management) was higher than that of Group A (P <0.05).③ The detection rate of bacteria in group B was lower than that in group A (x2=6.818, P=0.009). Conclusion The disinfection supply center adopts the standardized quality control path to clean the surgical instruments, which can improve the cleaning effect and reduce the bacterial detection rate.
