| 摘要 |
总结一例三期尘肺合并自发性气胸致困难撤机患者的护理经验。护理要点包括采用降阶式呼吸支持治疗，恢复自主呼吸功能；实施升阶式肺康复功能锻炼，改善呼吸循环；应用集束化护理管理，防控耐药菌感染；使用目标驱动策略，保证患者营养平衡；采取多维度心理支持，重塑患者信心。经过77天肺康复团队精心的治疗和护理后，患者成功撤机并封堵气管切开口，顺利出院居家行普通氧疗。

| Abstract |
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with stage III pneumoconiosis complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax and difficulty in weaning. The nursing points include using reduced order respiratory support therapy to restore spontaneous breathing function; Implement progressive pulmonary rehabilitation exercises to improve respiratory and circulatory functions; Apply bundled nursing management to prevent and control drug-resistant bacterial infections; Using goal driven strategies to ensure patient nutritional balance; Adopting multidimensional psychological support to rebuild patient confidence. After 77 days of meticulous treatment and care by the pulmonary rehabilitation team, the patient was successfully weaned off the machine and the tracheotomy opening was sealed, and the patient was discharged smoothly for regular oxygen therapy at home.
