| 摘要 |
目的 探究舒适护理干预对老年慢性心理衰竭护理的应用效果。方法 选取2023年6月至2024年2月在我院收治的56例老年慢性心力衰竭患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（28例）和观察组（28例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用舒适护理干预。对比两组患者心功能指标水平及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组患者心功能指标水平都优于对照组，护理满意度更高，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 老年慢性心力衰竭护理中采用舒适护理干预的效果显著，能有效的改善患者的心功能指标水平，提高护理满意度。为临床护理此类患者提供了一种有效的护理模式，值得在临床护理中推广和应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing intervention on the care of elderly patients with chronic psychological failure. Methods 56 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (28 cases) and an observation group (28 cases). The control group received routine care, while the observation group received comfort care intervention. Compare the levels of cardiac function indicators and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the cardiac function indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of comfort nursing intervention in the care of elderly patients with chronic heart failure has a significant effect, which can effectively improve patients cardiac function indicators and increase nursing satisfaction. This provides an effective nursing model for such patients in clinical nursing, which is worth promoting and applying in clinical nursing.
