| 摘要 |
目的 分析综合护理应用于老年高血压中的应用成效。方法 选取2023年10月至2024年10月期间，我院收治的老年高血压患者作为此次研究样本，根据随机数字表法将其分为参考组和实验组，参考组采取常规护理，实验组采取综合护理。比较两组在血压水平、自护能力评分及护理满意度上的差异。结果 相比于参考组，实验组的血压水平及自护能力评分显著更优（P<0.05）；实验组的护理满意度显著更高（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理应用于老年高血压患者中具有显著效果，不仅能有效控制血压水平，提升患者的自护能力，还能显著提高护理满意度，具有广泛的临床推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effectiveness of comprehensive nursing in elderly hypertension. Methods Elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study sample. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received comprehensive care. Compare the differences in blood pressure levels, self-care ability scores, and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results Compared with the reference group, the experimental group showed significantly better blood pressure levels and self-care ability scores (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in elderly hypertensive patients has significant effects, not only effectively controlling blood pressure levels and improving patients self-care ability, but also significantly improving nursing satisfaction, and has wide clinical promotion value.
