Objective To analyze the application value of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for improving postpartum depression and promoting uterine recovery in postpartum women. Methods A total of 64 postpartum women admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were included. They were divided into a control group (conventional postpartum care) and an observation group (comprehensive postpartum rehabilitation care), with 32 cases in each group, according to their admission order. The psychological status and uterine rehabilitation status of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the psychological state scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the psychological state scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). And comparing the uterine rehabilitation status of the two groups, it was found that the observation group had lower postpartum bleeding volume than the control group, and the lactation initiation time, lochia elimination time, and uterine pelvic entry time were all shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for postpartum women can significantly reduce postpartum depression, improve their healthy psychological state, and promote uterine recovery.
