| 摘要 |
目的 探析护患沟通应用于新发糖尿病患者中的实际效果。方法 选择2023年10月至2024年10月期间，在我院接受治疗的80例新发糖尿病患者为研究样本，依照随机数字表法分为两组，即参考组（实施常规护理）和实验组（常规护理的基础上采取护患沟通），每组均含40例。对比两组在血糖水平及遵医行为方面的差异。结果 相比于参考组，实验组的血糖水平明显更低（P<0.05）；实验组的遵医行为明显更优（P<0.05）。结论 护患沟通在新发糖尿病患者的护理过程中具有显著效果，能够降低患者的血糖水平，并提高其遵医行为，值得在临床护理中进一步推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the practical effect of nurse patient communication in newly diagnosed diabetes patients. Methods From October 2023 to October 2024, 80 newly diagnosed patients with diabetes who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study samples, and were divided into two groups according to the random number table, namely, the reference group (routine nursing) and the experimental group (nurse patient communication based on routine nursing), with 40 cases in each group. Compare the differences in blood glucose levels and adherence to medical treatment between the two groups. Results Compared with the reference group, the blood glucose level in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05); The compliance behavior of the experimental group was significantly better (P<0.05). Conclusion Nurse patient communication has a significant effect in the nursing process of newly diagnosed patients with diabetes. It can reduce the blood sugar level of patients and improve their compliance behavior, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical nursing.
