| 摘要 |
目的 分析在急性脑卒中患者采用急诊护理路径的应用效果。方法 选取2023年8月至2024年2月在我院收治的68例急诊脑卒中患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（34例）和观察组（34例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用急诊护理路径。对比两组患者并发症发生情况、神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评分。结果 护理后，观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，神经功能缺损评分更低，日常生活能力评分更高，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 急诊护理路径应用于急性脑卒中患者的应用效果显著，有利于神经功能恢复，提高日常生活能力，降低并发症发生率，值得在临床急诊护理工作中广泛推广和应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of emergency nursing pathway in patients with acute stroke. Methods 68 emergency stroke patients admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (34 cases) and an observation group (34 cases), with the control group receiving routine nursing and the observation group receiving emergency nursing pathway. Compare the incidence of complications, neurological deficit scores, and daily living ability scores between two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the neurological deficit score was lower, and the daily living ability score was higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of emergency nursing pathway in patients with acute stroke has significant effects, which is beneficial for neurological function recovery, improving daily living ability, and reducing the incidence of complications. It is worth widely promoting and applying in clinical emergency nursing work.
