Objective This article focuses on the analysis of the clinical effectiveness of specialist nursing combined with evidence-based nursing intervention in the treatment and care of hypertensive patients in pregnancy, enumerating relevant data to determine the value of nursing. Methods In this study, 88 patients with gestational hypertension from May 2023 to February 2024 were divided into control group and experimental group (44 cases in each group) according to the odd-even number of admission number. Then, the relevant data of patients quality of life, adverse pregnancy outcomes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the groups. Results The intervention program of the experimental group was feasible to a certain extent, the quality of life of patients in this group was significantly improved, while the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was significantly reduced, with only 5 cases accounting for 5/44 (11.36%), and the overall nursing service satisfaction was as high as 97.72% (43/44), all data were superior to the control group, and the data difference between groups reached the P < 0.05 standard. Conclusion The combination of specialized nursing and evidence-based nursing intervention plays a positive role in improving the quality of life of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension, reducing the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and increasing the overall nursing satisfaction. Therefore, it is recommended to popularize and practice clinical norms.
