Objective: To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on patients with gastrointestinal tract surgery during perioperative period. Methods: A total of 54 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were selected as the research subjects. All patients voluntarily participated in the study. The sampling period was from January 2019 to August 2019, which met the criteria of this study. The study was divided into equal parts. The control group (n=27 cases) of gastrointestinal surgery patients used conventional nursing methods, and the observation group (n=27 cases) of gastrointestinal surgery patients used rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing during the perioperative period. The personnel do a good job of recording, focusing on recording the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, the average number of hospital stays, the time to resume eating and drinking, the operation time, the nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction. Results: The gastrointestinal surgery patients in the observation group used fast rehabilitation nursing gastrointestinal function recovery time 27.03±3.46d, average hospital stay 7.23±1.25d, dietary recovery 4.2±0.7d, operation time 128.23±13.2min, control group gastrointestinal The recovery time of gastrointestinal function was 38.79±4.03 days, the average hospital stay was 11.36±1.75 days, the recovery time of diet was 5.9±0.9 days, and the operation time was 164.89±21.36 minutes. The difference between the two groups of patients was high (P <0.05). Conclusion: Gastrointestinal surgery patients using rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing during the perioperative period can effectively shorten the gastrointestinal function, diet recovery time, improve the overall nursing effect, and have a positive effect on disease recovery.
