| 摘要 |
目的 探究老年糖尿病患者采用全程健康教育与营养支持的应用效果及对其自我护理能力的影响。方法 选取2023年8月至2024年5月在我院收治的120例老年糖尿病患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（60例）和观察组（60例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用全程健康教育与营养支持。对比两组患者血糖控制情况、自我护理能力及生活质量。结果 观察组血糖控制情况都优于对照组，自我护理能力评分更高，生活质量更好。其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 全程健康教育与营养支持在糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著，能有效改善控制血糖水平，还能提高自我护理能力和生活质量,值得在临床上推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of whole course health education and nutrition support on elderly patients with diabetes and its influence on their self-care ability. Methods 78 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to May 2024 were selected as observation objects. Randomly divided into a control group (38 cases) and an observation group (38 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive health education and nutritional support. Compare the blood glucose control, self-care ability, and quality of life between two groups of patients. Results The observation group had better blood glucose control than the control group, higher self-care ability scores, and better quality of life. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of whole course health education and nutrition support in diabetes patients has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the level of blood sugar control, and also improve the ability of self-care and quality of life. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
