| 摘要 |
目的 揭示对腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者综合护理处置的价效。方法 2022年8月-2024年10月，将84例腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者分两组，各42例，参照组常规护理，研究组综合护理，测算比照两组的护理服务质量满意度测算数据值。结果 研究组的护理服务质量满意度测算数据值高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者综合护理处置，价效优良，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective Revealing the cost-effectiveness of comprehensive nursing management for patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery. Methods From August 2022 to October 2024,84 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery were divided into two groups, with 42 patients in each group. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the study group received comprehensive nursing care. The satisfaction level of nursing service quality was calculated and compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of nursing service quality in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery has excellent value and is worth promoting.
