摘要
目的 探讨“H2H”营养管理模式对胃癌化疗患者营养状况和负性情绪的影响。方法 将82例胃癌化疗患者按病区分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组接受常规的营养护理管理,观察组接受基于患者报告结局的H2H营养管理,比较两组患者的全面主观的自评量表(PG-SGA)、血清学相关营养指标和焦虑抑郁评分。结果 进行“H2H”营养管理模式干预60d后,观察组患者PG-SGA评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);白蛋白、血红蛋白均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑评分更低(P<0.05)。结论 胃癌化疗期患者实施基于患者报告结局的“H2H”营养管理有利于改善患者的营养状况,舒缓患者的焦虑、抑郁负性情绪,提高其生活质量,值得临床推荐。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the "H2H" nutrition management model on the nutritional status and negative emotions of gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 82 gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 41 cases in each group, based on their wards. The control group received conventional nutrition care management, while the observation group received the "H2H" nutrition management model based on patient-reported outcomes. The PG-SGA (Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment), serum nutritional indicators, and anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared. Results After 60 days of "H2H" nutrition management intervention, the PG-SGA score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); albumin and hemoglobin levels were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05); and the anxiety score of the observation group was lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing "H2H" nutrition management based on patient-reported outcomes for gastric cancer patients during chemotherapy is beneficial for improving their nutritional status, alleviating their anxiety and depression, and enhancing their quality of life. It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
