| 摘要 |
目的 分析快速康复外科理念在胃癌手术护理中的应用价值。方法 该研究对象为2022年9月至2024年9月到医院诊治的胃癌患者，入选对象共84例，利用数字表随机排序法进行分组，分为对照组（常规护理，n=42）与研究组（快速康复外科理念干预，n=42）。对比两组的术后恢复情况、心理弹性及生活质量。结果 在术后首次下床时间、胃管拔除时间、首次进食时间及住院时间上，研究组均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。在心理弹性评分与生活质量评分上，研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在胃癌患者手术治疗环节中辅助运用快速康复外科理念，可有效促进术后恢复，提高心理弹性水平和生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application value of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in gastric cancer surgical nursing. Methods The study subjects were 84 gastric cancer patients who received treatment at the hospital from September 2022 to September 2024. They were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing, n=42) and a study group (intervention with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery, n=42) using a numerical table random sorting method. Compare the postoperative recovery, psychological resilience, and quality of life between the two groups. Results The study group had a shorter time than the control group in terms of the first time they got out of bed after surgery, the time they removed the gastric tube, the time they ate for the first time, and the length of hospital stay (P<0.05). In terms of psychological resilience score and quality of life score, the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid recovery surgery in the surgical treatment of gastric cancer patients can effectively promote postoperative recovery, improve psychological resilience and quality of life.
