| 摘要 |
目的 揭示对老年期伤口造口患者推进伤口造口护理小组处置的价效。方法 2023年2月-2024年11月，将86例老年期伤口造口患者分两组，各43例，参照组常规护理，研究组伤口造口护理小组处置，测算比照两组的护理服务质量满意度测算数据值。结果 研究组的护理服务质量满意度测算数据值高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年期伤口造口患者推进伤口造口护理小组处置，价效优良，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To reveal the value of promoting the wound ostomy care team for elderly patients with ostomy. Methods From February 2023 to November 2024,86 elderly patients with wounds and stomas will be divided into two groups, with 43 patients in each group. The control group will receive routine care, while the study group will receive wound and stomal care. The satisfaction level of nursing service quality will be calculated and compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction measurement data of nursing service quality in the research group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion oting the wound ostomy care team for elderly patients with wound ostomy is cost-effective and worth promoting.
