心理护理结合循证护理对肿瘤患者疼痛、疲乏及负面情绪的影响分析

| 摘要 |
目的 分析肿瘤患者应用心理护理结合循证护理对其疼痛、疲乏及负面情绪的影响。方法 选取2023年1月~2024年1月内我院收治的肿瘤患者66例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（心理护理结合循证护理）各33例，对比两组护理效果。结果 干预前两组患者焦虑评分、疼痛评分差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），干预后，观察组焦虑评分和疼痛评分均较对照组更低。且疲乏评分各维度（认知、行为、感觉、情感）均较对照组评分更低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床中对肿瘤患者行心理护理结合循证护理能够显著改善患者心理状态，降低疼痛和疲乏，具有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of combining psychological nursing with evidence-based nursing on pain, fatigue, and negative emotions in cancer patients. Methods 66 cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (psychological nursing combined with evidence-based nursing), with 33 patients in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in anxiety and pain scores between the two groups of patients before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the anxiety and pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. And the fatigue scores in all dimensions (cognition, behavior, sensation, emotion) were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of psychological nursing and evidence-based nursing for cancer patients in clinical practice can significantly improve their psychological state, reduce pain and fatigue, and has high practical value.
