| 摘要 |
目的 分析在老年高血压患者的临床护理方案中应用针对性护理的医学价值。方法 将2023年1月-2023年12月内于本院就诊的104 例老年高血压以区组随机法分52例对照组常规护理，52例观察组实施针对性护理。在不同护理模式差异下，以护理前后的自我管理行为、自护评分、血压水平实施对比。结果 护理前，两组患者护理指标对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。而护理后，观察组我管理行为、自护评分、血压水平均优于对照组，指标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 老年高血压患者的临床护理方案中应用针对性护理可提高患者自我管理能力和自护意识，促使血压管理科学。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the medical value of targeted nursing in the clinical nursing plan for elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 104 elderly patients with hypertension who visited our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (52 cases) receiving routine nursing care and an observation group (52 cases) receiving targeted nursing care. Compare self-management behavior, self-care scores, and blood pressure levels before and after nursing under different nursing modes. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in nursing indicators between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group showed better management behavior, self-care score, and blood pressure level than the control group, and the comparison of indicators was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in the clinical nursing plan for elderly hypertensive patients can improve their self-management ability and self-care awareness, and promote scientific blood pressure management.
