Objective To verify the effectiveness of personalized nursing intervention on deep vein thrombosis in patients with breast cancer after surgery. Methods a reference group and a study group were set up, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received personalized nursing intervention. The adverse emotions of the two groups of patients were evaluated by SAS score, and the occurrence of postoperative deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs was compared between the two groups, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was evaluated. Results the SAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group. The incidence of postoperative deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion personalized nursing intervention for breast cancer patients can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis, reduce the occurrence of adverse emotions, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which has obvious clinical application value.
