| 摘要 |
目的 分析在精神分裂症患者的健康教育方案中应用时间护理的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内于本院精神科就诊的精神分裂患者100 例作为研究对象随机分50例对照组常规健康教育，50例观察组实施时间护理下的健康教育。对比NBPRS评分、健康教育掌握评分以及服药依从评分。结果 护理前，指标对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。而护理后，观察组NBPRS评分更低、健康教育掌握评分、服药依从评分更高，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 在精神分裂症患者的健康教育方案中应用时间护理可缓解疾病症状，提高患者健康教育接受度，促使用药依从性提高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the medical value of applying time care in health education programs for patients with schizophrenia. Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia who visited the psychiatric department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases) receiving routine health education, and an observation group (50 cases) receiving health education under time care. Compare NBPRS scores, health education mastery scores, and medication adherence scores. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of indicators (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group had lower NBPRS scores, higher health education mastery scores, and medication adherence scores, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of time care in the health education program for patients with schizophrenia can alleviate disease symptoms, improve patients acceptance of health education, and promote medication adherence.
