| 摘要 |
目的 探讨基于“一病一品”联合个案管理在构建乳腺专科护理品牌中的运用和效果验证。方法 选择我院于2023年1月-2024年12月期间收治的100例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,其中选择2023年1月-2023年12月内收治的50例为对照组(采取常规护理方法);选择2024年1月-2024年12月内收治的50例为实验组(采取“一病一品”联合个案管理),对两组患者的并发症发生率、患者的护理满意度、治疗依从性以及生活质量(生理状况、社会/家庭状况、功能状况、情感状况、附加关注)评分进行对比和评估。结果 相较于对照组,实验组患者的并发症发生率更低(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度更高(P<0.05);实验组患者的治疗依从性更高(P<0.05);实验组患者的各项生活质量评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论 在对乳腺癌患者实施“一病一品”联合个案管理取得明显效果,可显著提高患者的护理满意度和治疗依从性,降低术后并发症发生率,提升生活质量。有较高应用价值,值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application and effect verification of the joint case management based on "one disease, one product" in the construction of the specialized breast care brand. Methods 100 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects, Among them, 50 cases admitted from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the control group (taking routine care methods); The 50 cases admitted from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the experimental group (with the joint case management of "one disease, one product"), The incidence of complications, patient satisfaction with care, treatment compliance, and quality of life (physiological status, social / family status, functional status, emotional status, additional attention) scores were compared and evaluated in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, patients in the experimental group had lower complications (P <0.05); the experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction (P <0.05); higher treatment compliance (P <0.05); and higher quality of life scores in the experimental group (P <0.05). Conclusion The joint case management of "one disease, one product" for breast cancer patients has achieved obvious results, which can significantly improve patients nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the quality of life. It has high application value and is worth promoting.
