| 摘要 |
目的 探析阴道炎护理中采取健康教育干预的效果。方法 本次研究对象为48例阴道炎患者，抽取时间为2023年1月-2023年12月期间。上述患者按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中前者采取常规护理，后者在上述基础上采取健康教育，每组24例。以症状改善情况、护理满意度评价两组效果。结果 实验组症状改善效果优于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 阴道炎护理中采取健康教育有助于提升患者的相关知识掌握，促进其症状改善，提升其满意度。此种方法值得推广于临床。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of health education intervention in vaginal inflammation nursing. Methods The study subjects were 48 patients with vaginitis, and the sampling period was from January 2023 December 2023. The above patients were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to the random number table method, with the former receiving routine care and the latter receiving health education on the basis of the above, with 24 cases in each group. Evaluate the effectiveness of two groups based on symptom improvement and nursing satisfaction. Results The symptom improvement effect of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting health education in the care of vaginitis can help improve patients relevant knowledge, promote symptom improvement, and enhance their satisfaction. This method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
