| 摘要 |
目的 探究在风寒痹阻型风湿性关节炎病人护理中采用督灸的应用价值。方法 选取2023年12月至2024年6月在我院收治的66例风寒痹阻型风湿性关节炎病人作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（33例）和观察组（33例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用督灸。对比两组患者的总有效率和临床症状改善情况。结果 治疗后，观察组临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组，总有效率更高，其差异具有统计学意义（p≤0.05）。结论 督灸在风寒痹阻型类风湿性关节炎病人护理中应用价值显著，能有效提高总有效率，改善临床症状，提高康复效果。具有较高的推广价值，为临床护理此类患者提供了极具价值的参考方案。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application value of Du moxibustion in the nursing of patients with wind cold obstruction type rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 66 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of wind cold obstruction type admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (33 cases) and an observation group (33 cases), with the control group receiving routine care and the observation group receiving moxibustion. Compare the total effective rate and clinical symptom improvement between two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Du moxibustion has significant application value in the nursing of patients with wind cold obstruction type rheumatoid arthritis, which can effectively improve the overall effective rate, alleviate clinical symptoms, and enhance rehabilitation outcomes. It has high promotional value and provides valuable reference solutions for clinical nursing of such patients.
