集束化护理策略在小儿热性惊厥急诊护理中应用效果及影响分析

| 摘要 |
目的 分析对急诊小儿热性惊厥护理中应用集束化护理策略的效果。方法 回顾性选取我院2023年1月~2025年1月内急诊收治的小儿热性惊厥患儿46例，按照入院顺序分为对照组（常规急诊护理）和观察组（集束化护理策略干预）各23例，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组临床指标（急救时间、高热恢复时间、惊厥恢复时间、住院时间）均较对照组用时更短，且护理满意度评分（技术水平、服务态度、关心患儿、尊重家属、总分）均较对照组更高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床中对急诊小儿热性惊厥护理中应用集束化护理策略能优化患儿临床情况，提升护理满意度，具有应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of using bundled nursing strategies in emergency care for febrile seizures in children. Methods A retrospective selection was conducted on 46 children with febrile seizures admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025. They were divided into a control group (conventional emergency nursing) and an observation group (bundled nursing strategy intervention) in the order of admission, with 23 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical indicators of the observation group (emergency time, recovery time from high fever, recovery time from convulsions, hospitalization time) were shorter than those of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction scores (technical level, service attitude, caring for children, respecting family members, total score) were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of bundled nursing strategies in emergency pediatric febrile seizures nursing can optimize the clinical situation of children, improve nursing satisfaction, and has practical value.
