Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of improved comprehensive nursing and activity intervention in patients with colorectal cancer surgery. Methods 120 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were randomly selected as analysis objects, and were divided into observation group and control group with 60 patients in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received improved comprehensive nursing and activity intervention, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results After comparing the results of the two groups, the score of compliance behavior of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the degree of postoperative pain was significantly lighter, the activity of getting out of bed and the time spent in hospital were shorter than that of the control group, the complications were less than that of the control group, and the quality of life was improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion Timely implementation of improved comprehensive nursing and activity intervention for patients with colorectal cancer surgery can improve patients compliance behavior, reduce postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of complications, and shorten the postoperative rehabilitation period.
