Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative patients with distal humeral fractures and its impact on the incidence of complications. Methods The study subjects were 108 patients with distal humeral fractures, selected from January 2023 to January 2024, all of whom underwent surgical treatment. According to the random number table method, the above patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation care, with 54 cases in each group. Evaluate the effectiveness of two groups based on elbow joint range of motion and incidence of complications. Results The elbow joint range of motion in the experimental group was better than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with distal humeral fractures after surgery can improve elbow joint mobility and reduce the incidence of complications.
