| 摘要 |
目的 对小儿肺炎护理中施以循证护理方式的价值进行明确，旨在推动小儿肺炎护理研究发展。方法 以2024年2月至2025年2月期间院内临床综合诊断为小儿肺炎患者69例为试验观察对象，试验分组按照随机数字表法进行，包括对照组（34例）、观察组（35例），不同小组护理模式分别以常规手段、循证护理手段开展，分析比较其结果（临床症状持续时长及并发症例数占比）。结果 相较于对照组，观察组各临床症状持续时长更短、观察组总并发症例数占比更少（P＜0.05）。结论 于临床中施以循证护理方式，对减少患儿临床症状持续时长及预防相关并发症有着重要意义，有助于提高小儿肺炎护理质量水平。

| Abstract |
Objective To clarify the value of evidence-based nursing in the care of pediatric pneumonia, with the aim of promoting research and development in pediatric pneumonia nursing. Methods A total of 69 pediatric pneumonia patients diagnosed clinically in the hospital between February 2024 and February 2025 were selected as the experimental observation subjects. The experimental groups were divided into a control group (34 cases) and an observation group (35 cases) using a random number table method. Different nursing modes were implemented using conventional methods and evidence-based nursing methods, and the results (duration of clinical symptoms and proportion of complications) were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter duration of clinical symptoms and a lower proportion of total complications (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in clinical practice is of great significance in reducing the duration of clinical symptoms and preventing related complications in children with pneumonia, which helps to improve the quality of nursing care for children with pneumonia.
