目的 探究急性颈椎病采取针灸配合穴位按摩诊疗的临床效果。方法 选取2020年10月-2021年10本院脊椎外科接治的急性颈椎病患者实施研究，共统计68例。按随机分组法，分为对照组（n=34）和联合组（n=34），对照组患者单一针灸治疗，联合组在对照组的基础上加以穴位按摩诊疗，对比两组疗效、VAS、生活质量评分。结果 治疗后联合组临床疗效、生活质量均要高于对照组，但VAS评分要低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 急性颈椎病患者采用针灸配合穴位按摩治疗效果十分显著，可有效缓解患者疾病带来的疼痛，提高生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint massage in the diagnosis and treatment of acute cervical spondylosis. Methods A total of 68 patients with acute cervical spondylosis treated in the Department of Vertebrate Surgery of our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected for the study. According to the random grouping method, the patients were divided into the control group (n=34) and the combined group (n=34). The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion alone. The combined group was treated with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group. The efficacy VAS、 Quality of life rating. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and quality of life of the combination group were higher than those of the control group, but the VAS score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of acute cervical spondylosis with acupuncture and moxibustion and acupoint massage is very effective, which can effectively alleviate the pain caused by the disease and improve the quality of life.
