| 摘要 |
目的 本文旨在探究对神经内科脑卒中患者实施早期康复护理的效果。方法 在2022年3月－2024年3月收治的脑卒中患者中选取100例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（50例，常规护理）与观察组（50例，早期康复护理）。对比两组预后效果。结果 观察组神经功能缺损程度、认知功能、生活质量、日常生活能力均优于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 早期康复护理能有效改善脑卒中患者的预后效果并促进康复。

| Abstract |
Objective This article aims to explore the effectiveness of early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients in the neurology department. Methods 100 stroke patients admitted from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, conventional nursing) and an observation group (50 cases, early rehabilitation nursing). Compare the prognostic outcomes of two groups. Results The degree of neurological deficit, cognitive function, quality of life, and daily living ability in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the prognosis of stroke patients and promote rehabilitation.
