| 摘要 |
目的 分析急诊中毒洗胃患者接受舒适护理的临床价值。方法 纳入本院2023年6月~2024年6月收治急诊中毒洗胃患者，将入组共30例患者随机分为2组。对照组15例采取常规护理，观察组15例采取舒适护理。根据情绪状态、治疗依从性、不良反应进行综合评价。结果 观察组干预后综合医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）评分和对照组比较减少（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗总依从率和对照组比较提高（P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应总发生率和对照组比较降低（P＜0.05）。结论 急诊中毒洗胃患者接受舒适护理有助于缓解其负性情绪，提升治疗依从性，降低不良反应风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical value of comfort nursing for emergency gastric lavage patients with poisoning. Methods Patients with toxic gastric lavage admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were included. A total of 30 enrolled patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group 15 cases took routine nursing, observation group 15 cases took comfort nursing. Comprehensive evaluation was conducted according to emotional state, treatment compliance and adverse reactions. The observation group showed a decrease in the comprehensive hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) score compared to the control group after intervention (P<0.05). The overall compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort care for emergency gastric lavage patients with poisoning can help alleviate their negative emotions, improve treatment compliance, and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
