| 摘要 |
目的 分析综合护理干预对新生儿低血糖症预防及转归的效果。方法 本次研究的时间范围2024年1月-2024年12月，患儿的数量为80例，均分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患儿，对照组为常规护理，实验组综合护理干预，分析两组新生儿低血糖发生率，明确护理效果。结果 实验组患儿低血糖发生率更低，p<0.05，实验组护理效果优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对新生儿提供综合护理干预，可以降低低血糖的产生，改善患儿预后，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention and outcome of neonatal hypoglycemia. Methods The time range of this study was from January 2024 to December 2024, with a total of 80 patients divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia in both groups was analyzed to determine the nursing effect. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the experimental group was lower, p<0.05, The nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing comprehensive nursing interventions for newborns can reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia and improve the prognosis of children, which is worthy of promotion.
