| 摘要 |
目的 本文主要分析外踝骨折术后患者接受基于家属参与护理模式的临床应用效果。方法 在我院2024年1月至2024年12月期间收治接受手术治疗的外踝骨折患者中进行随机抽取并分组，共计完成30例患者抽取，组别有对照组及观察组，对照组仅接受常规术后护理干预，观察组接受基于家属参与的护理模式，对比两组患者护理前后VAS评分、SAS评分及并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者护理后VAS评分、SAS评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 基于家属参与的护理模式能够有效缓解外踝骨折术后患者的焦虑情绪及疼痛感，对于降低患者术后并发症有非常明显的作用。

| Abstract |
Objective This article mainly analyzes the clinical application effect of the family based nursing model for postoperative patients with lateral ankle fractures. Methods Thirty patients with lateral ankle fractures who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly selected and divided into two groups: a control group and an observation group. The control group received only routine postoperative nursing interventions, while the observation group received a nursing model based on family participation. The VAS scores, SAS scores, and incidence of complications before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score, SAS score, and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing model based on family participation can effectively alleviate the anxiety and pain of patients with lateral ankle fractures after surgery, and has a significant effect on reducing postoperative complications.
