Abstract
【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effects of community management on self-efficacy, health behavior and mental resilience in elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema under the guidance of health action process orientation theory (HAPA) health behavior. Methods 127 cases of aged patients with chronic obstructive emphysema in our department were randomly divided into two groups. 63 patients in the control group were given fine community management, and 64 patients in the observation group were given HAPA-based health behavior intervention strategy on this basis. The health behavior, self-efficacy, health behavior and mental resilience of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores and total scores of HPL and GSES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of optimism, strength and toughness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Community management based on HAPA health behavior can enhance self-efficacy, improve mental resilience and promote the development of health behavior in elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema.
