精分共病失眠患者的睡眠障碍特征及与血清25(OH)D3水平的关系

【摘要】探讨精神分裂症共病失眠患者的睡眠障碍特征及与血清25-羟维生素D3[25（OH）D3]的关系。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年12月在我院治疗的精神分裂症共病失眠患者88例（观察组），同时选取原发性失眠患者80例作为对照（对照组），检测血清25(OH)D3水平，分析其与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）、阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）评分关系。结果 观察组入睡时间为（2.01±0.60）分，明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），日间功能（1.75±0.40）分，明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），两组睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物及PSQI评分总分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组血清25（OH）D3为（35.54±10.21）ng/ml，与对照组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）； PSQI评分总分、PANSS评分总分与血清25（OH）D3呈负相关（r=-0.303和-0.691，P＜0.05）。结论 精神分裂症共病失眠患者血清25(OH)D3水平与患者睡眠质量、精神分裂症严重程度有一定关系。

| Abstract |
[Abstract]Objective: To explore the characteristics of sleep disorders in patients with schizophrenia comorbidity insomnia and the relationship between them and serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 [25 (OH) D3].Methods: 88 patients with schizophrenia comorbidity insomnia who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected (observation group), meanwhile, 80 patients with primary insomnia were selected as the control group, the serum 25(OH)D3 levels were detected, the relationship between pittsburgh sleep quality index scale (PSQI) and positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) was analyzed. Results: In the observation group sleep time factor was (2.01±0.60), which was lower than the control group (p < 0.05), while the daytime functional factor was (1.75±0.40), which was higher than the control group (p < 0.05). There were no significant difference between the two group in sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, hypnotic drugs and total PSQI score (p > 0.05); The serum 25 (OH) D3 in the observation group was (35.54±10.21) ng/ml, with no significant difference from the control group (p > 0.05); The total score of PSQI and PANSS were negatively correlated with serum 25 (OH) D3 (r=-0.303 and -0.691, p < 0.05). Conclusion: The serum level of 25(OH)D3 in patients with schizophrenia comorbidity insomnia is correlated with sleep quality and schizophrenia severity.
