Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of nutritional support nursing on the chemotherapy tolerance of tumor patients. Methods During the period from September 2023 to December 2024,60 tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy were selected as the research objects in the oncology department of our hospital through strict inclusion and exclusion criteria. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received nutritional support nursing. Results The levels of serum albumin, prealbumin, and hemoglobin in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The incidence of chemotherapy adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the compliance of patients with chemotherapy in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. After statistical analysis, P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Nutritional support nursing can effectively improve the nutritional status of tumor patients, enhance chemotherapy tolerance, reduce the incidence of chemotherapy adverse reactions, and has a positive significance for the chemotherapy treatment of tumor patients.
