| 摘要 |
目的 探讨循证护理干预对糖尿病性视网膜病变（DR）患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法 采用随机分组设计，将100名DR患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，观察组接受循证护理，对照组接受常规护理，对比两组血糖指标以及生活质量。结果 观察组血糖指标与生活质量均优于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 循证护理干预能有效改善DR患者的血糖控制及生活质量，具有临床推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on blood glucose control and quality of life in patients with diabetes retinopathy (DR). Methods A random grouping design was adopted to randomly divide 100 DR patients into an observation group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group received evidence-based nursing care, while the control group received routine nursing care. The blood glucose indicators and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The blood glucose indicators and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence based nursing intervention can effectively improve blood glucose control and quality of life in DR patients, and has clinical promotion value.
