【摘要】目的：研究舍曲林治疗产后抑郁患者的效果及对神经递质水平与外周血相关miRNA表达的影响。方法：选取本院我科2018年9月至2020年9月期间97例产后抑郁患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法进行分组，对照组48例给予心理治疗，观察组49例增加舍曲林治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效、外周血相关miR表达水平和神经递质水平。结果：观察组治疗后miR-124表达水平低于对照组，miR-195表达水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后5-HT和NE水平均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为91.84％（45/49），高于对照组70.83％（34/48）（X2=7.0776，P＜0.05）。结论：舍曲林治疗产后抑郁患者效果确切，能够改善外周血相关miR表达水平，提高神经递质水平，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of sertraline in the treatment of postpartum depression and its effect on the level of neurotransmitters and the expression of peripheral blood related miRNA. Selection methods: our hospital in September 2018 to September 2020, 97 cases of patients with postpartum depression as the research object, using the random number table method to group, 48 cases were given psychological treatment, observation group increase sertraline treatment in 49 cases, compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, peripheral blood related miR expression level and the level of neurotransmitters. RESULTS: After treatment, the expression level of miR-124 in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the expression level of miR-195 was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). The levels of 5-HT and NE in observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.84% (45/49), which was higher than that of the control group (70.83%, 34/48) (X2=7.0776, P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Sertraline has a definite effect in the treatment of postpartum depression patients, which can improve the expression level of related miR-peripheral blood and improve the level of neurotransmitters, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
