标准化护理在神经电生理监测下听神经瘤手术中的研究

| 摘要 |
目的 探讨神经电生理监测辅助听神经瘤手术中标准化护理模式的应用。方法 本研究纳入我院接受神经电生理监测辅助听神经瘤手术治疗的患者80例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法进行分组，将研究对象均衡分配至对照组与研究组，每组各40例。其中，对照组实施常规护理；研究组则采用标准化护理。对比两组的护理效果。结果 研究组在面神经运动诱发电位波幅、听神经动作电位波幅以及面神经功能恢复优良率等指标上，显著优于对照组。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在神经电生理监测辅助的听神经瘤手术中，标准化护理可实现对面神经与听神经的有效保护，并显著促进神经功能的恢复进程。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application of standardized nursing mode in neurological monitoring assisted acoustic neuroma surgery. Methods In this study, 80 patients who received neurophysiological monitoring-assisted acoustic neuroma surgery in our hospital were included as the study subjects. The study subjects were divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. Among them, the control group was given routine nursing; Standardized care was used in the study group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The study group was significantly better than the control group in terms of facial nerve motor evoked potential amplitude, auditory nerve action potential amplitude and excellent recovery rate of facial nerve function. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In neuroelectrophysiological monitoring-assisted acoustic neuroma surgery, standardized care can effectively protect the facial and auditory nerves and significantly promote the recovery of neurological function.
