本研究旨在深入探讨基于循证理论的精细化护理配合四手操作在牙髓炎行根管治疗患者中的应用效果，特别是对患者舒适程度及并发症的影响。通过全面分析相关文献资料，本研究发现，这种综合护理模式能够显著提升患者的治疗体验，减少并发症的发生，为牙髓炎根管治疗的临床护理提供了有力的参考依据。

| Abstract |
This study aims to thoroughly explore the application effects of evidence-based theory-guided refined nursing combined with the four-handed technique in patients with pulpitis undergoing root canal therapy, particularly focusing on its impact on patients comfort levels and complications. Through a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature, this study found that this comprehensive nursing model can significantly enhance patients treatment experience and reduce the occurrence of complications, providing a robust reference for clinical nursing in root canal therapy for pulpitis.
