| 摘要 |
目的 探析在微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛过程中应用个体化护理宣教的实际成效。方法 将2024年2月~2025年2月在我院接受微血管减压术治疗的80例三叉神经痛患者设为研究样本，依照信封法随机分成参考组与实验组，参考组采取常规护理，各40例，实验组在此基础上实施个体化护理宣教。比较两组的情绪状态、并发症发生情况。结果 护理后，在SAS及SDS评分上，实验组均明显更低（P<0.05）；在并发症发生率上，实验组明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 于微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛时实施个性化护理宣教，能调节患者情绪状况，降低并发症发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective to explore the actual effect of individualized nursing education in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with microvascular decompression. Methods The study sample consists of 80 patients with trigeminal neuralgia who underwent microvascular decompression surgery at our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using the envelope method. The control group received routine care, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group received individualized nursing education on top of this. The emotional states and complications of both groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05); in terms of the incidence of complications, the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing education during decompression of microvascular treatment for trigeminal neuralgia can regulate patients emotional status and reduce the incidence of complications.
