Abstract
Objective To observe the role of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative nursing process of patients undergoing cholecystectomy for cholecystitis with stones. Methods From March to December 2024, 88 patients with cholecystitis and cholecystitis who underwent cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, with one group receiving routine care during the perioperative period (44 cases, control group) and the remaining group receiving evidence-based care (44 cases, observation group). Observe the pain symptoms, complications, and quality of life of two groups of patients before and after nursing care. Results The degree of pain and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, P<0.05. The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing care, P<0.05. Conclusion Evidence based nursing during the perioperative care of patients undergoing cholecystectomy for cholecystitis with stones can reduce their pain level, prevent common perioperative complications, improve their quality of life during the recovery period, and contribute to their recovery.
