Objective To explore the effect of the ACTED rehabilitation nursing model for lumbar osteoporotic fractures on the lumbar function of patients. Methods Patients with osteoporotic fractures of the lumbar vertebrae in our hospital were selected as the research samples. A sample size of 158 cases was screened. Collection time points: From January 2022 to April 2025, the patients were divided into two groups according to the rehabilitation nursing model. There were 79 cases in the regular rehabilitation nursing model group, who implemented the regular rehabilitation nursing model, and 79 cases in the ACTED rehabilitation nursing model group, who implemented the ACTED rehabilitation nursing model. Results The VAS score, ODI score, anxiety and depression score, anterior edge loss height of the vertebral body, Cobb Angle of the injured vertebrae, and PINP level in the ACTED rehabilitation nursing model group were all lower than those in the normal rehabilitation nursing model group. The MBI score, distal radius (ud), bone mineral density of the middle and distal 1/3 segments, blood calcium, β-CTX, BGP, OPG levels, total effective rate, and satisfaction with rehabilitation nursing were all higher than those in the normal rehabilitation nursing mode group (P<0.05). Conclusion The ACTED rehabilitation nursing model for lumbar osteoporotic fractures can improve the lumbar function of patients more effectively than the normal rehabilitation nursing model.
