在事业单位发展的过程中，档案能够记录和保存重要信息，为管理者决策提供辅助，也便于各类资源的共享和利用。为充分发挥档案作用，事业单位档案工作者必须承担岗位职责，包括整理和收集档案文件，并且做好保管、维护查询、服务支持等工作。本文阐述了事业单位档案工作者应该具备的素质，分析了提升档案工作者素质的问题，针对实际问题提出了提升档案工作者素质的有效策略。

| Abstract |
In the process of the development of public institutions, archives can record and preserve important information, provide assistance for managers decision-making, and facilitate the sharing and utilization of various resources. In order to fully utilize the role of archives, archivists in public institutions must undertake job responsibilities, including organizing and collecting archival documents, and doing a good job in storage, maintenance, inquiry, service support, and other work. This article elaborates on the qualities that archival workers in public institutions should possess, analyzes the issues of improving the quality of archival workers, and proposes effective strategies for improving the quality of archival workers based on practical problems.
