This paper focuses on the development mechanism and path of future industries in Henan Province, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for high-quality regional economic development. The study employs the literature analysis method to explore the current status, opportunities, and challenges of future industrial development in Henan Province. The article constructs a framework for the future industrial development mechanism, encompassing innovation-driven strategies, policy support, talent cultivation, and industrial chain collaboration. It further proposes pathways such as sci-tech innovation leadership, industrial structure optimization, regional coordinated development, and green transformation. The results indicate that the development of future industries in Henan Province requires leveraging its inherent advantages, seizing opportunities from the new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation, and promoting industrial upgrading through institutional innovation and policy support to achieve high-quality economic growth.
