| 摘要 |
目的 探讨高血压合并冠心病患者实施精准化综合治疗模式的临床效果，为优化治疗策略提供依据。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年1月我院收治的高血压合并冠心病患者120例，按随机数字表法分为对照组（常规治疗）和观察组（精准化综合治疗）各60例。比较两组患者治疗前后血压水平、血脂指标、心功能参数、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果 治疗后观察组的收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），心功能（LVEF）指标改善幅度更大，生活质量评分明显提升，并发症发生率低于对照组。结论 精准化综合治疗模式可有效改善高血压合并冠心病患者的血压控制、心功能状态及生活质量，降低并发症风险，具有良好临床推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect of a precision integrated treatment model in patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease, and to provide a reference for optimizing treatment strategies. Methods A total of 120 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (routine treatment) and an observation group (precision comprehensive treatment), with 60 cases each. Blood pressure, lipid levels, cardiac function, quality of life, and complications were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein levels of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Improvements in cardiac function (LVEF) and quality of life scores were also more significant, with a lower incidence of complications. Conclusion Precision integrated treatment can effectively improve blood pressure control, cardiac function, and quality of life in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease, and reduce the risk of complications.
