| 摘要 |
“一带一路”倡议的实施为中医药文化的传播带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。以霍夫斯泰德文化维度理论对中泰两国文化进行分析，发现阻碍中医药在泰国传播的因素包括集体主义、阳刚气质、不确定性规避、放纵等维度。在此基础上提出中医药文化在泰国传播的对策，以期为中医药国际化提供参考。

| Abstract |
The implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture. Based on Hofstede’s cultural dimensions theory, it is found that the factors hindering the spread of traditional Chinese medicine in Thailand include collectivism, masculinity, uncertainty avoidance, indulgence and other dimensions. On this basis, it puts forward countermeasures for the dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture in Thailand with a view to provide reference for the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine.
