To strengthen hospital cultural development and fully leverage the educational functions of flagship hospitals in cultivating medical staff at branch campuses, this article systematically explores synergistic pathways between hospital cultural construction and staff education by analyzing current status, fundamental principles, and objectives of hospital cultural development in the new era.
