基层公共卫生服务与健康管理是国家医疗卫生体系的重要组成部分，关乎居民健康水平的整体提升，本文从基层公共卫生服务与健康管理的内涵出发，分析其当前的发展现状、涵盖的服务内容、采用的管理模式、资源配置情况以及质量控制等方面，探讨其中存在的内在联系与运作机制，旨在为优化基层公共卫生服务与健康管理提供思路。

Primary public health services and health management constitute vital components of Chinas healthcare system, playing a crucial role in enhancing overall population health. This study examines their core concepts, current development status, service coverage, management models, resource allocation, and quality control mechanisms. By exploring their intrinsic connections and operational frameworks, it aims to provide actionable strategies for optimizing primary public health services and health management.
