【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of psychological guidance for patients with extensive burns combined with delayed inhalation lung injury in applying the behavioral phase-talking style. Methods A total of 91 undergraduate patients with extensive burns and delayed inhalation lung injury were enrolled as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by random drawing. 45 cases in the control group were given incentive nursing intervention, and 46 cases in the observation group were combined with behavioral phases on this basis- Conversation corresponding psychological guidance, comparing the self-awareness, cognitive level, and psychological flexibility of the two groups of patients. Results After the intervention, the self-esteem scale (SES) and self-congruence scale (SCCS) scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05); burn knowledge, personal beliefs and behavior levels were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05) ; The level of optimism, self-improvement and tenacity was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with extensive burns and smoke inhalation lung injury should use behavioral phase-talking corresponding psychological guidance to improve their cognition, self-awareness and psychological flexibility.
