[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the application effect of FTS concept in nursing care of patients with lung cancer and its influence on anxiety and depression scores. Methods: 81 patients with lung cancer in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in the control group were given routine nursing, 41 patients in the experimental group were given FTS nursing on the basis of the control group, and the postoperative recovery index, HAMA score, HAMD score, total incidence of complications and QOL score were compared between the two groups. Results: the first exhaust, defecation, getting out of bed time, drainage tube removal time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group. The HAMA score and HAMD score of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group. The total incidence of complications of the experimental group (2.44%) was lower than that of the control group (20.00%), and the QOL score of the experimental group after nursing was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: FTS nursing can effectively reduce the bad mood of lung cancer patients, shorten the treatment time, reduce complications and improve the quality of life.
