【摘要】目的：探究经膀胱单孔腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术(TVSSLRP)对低危前列腺癌术后患者控尿能力、勃起功能及心理状态的影响。方法：选取我科86例低危前列腺癌术后患者作为研究对象，以抽签法分组。对照组43例给予腹膜外途径腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术(nsELRP)治疗，观察组43例给予TVSSLRP治疗。术后6个月，对比两组患者控尿能力、勃起功能及心理状态。结果：观察组扩展前列腺癌复合指数(EPIC-UIN)评分高于对照组，尿失禁问卷表(ICIQ-SF)评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组国际勃起功能量表(IIEF)评分、国际前列腺症状(IPSS)评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：TVSSLRP能够提高低危前列腺癌术后患者控尿能力及勃起功能，改善心理状态。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effects of transvesical single-port laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer (TVSSLRP) on urinary control ability, erectile function and psychological state of patients with low-risk prostate cancer after surgery. Methods: 86 patients with low-risk prostate cancer after operation in our department were selected as the research object and divided into groups by drawing lots. Forty-three patients in the control group received extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer (NSELRP), and 43 patients in the observation group received TVSSLRP. Six months after operation, urinary control ability, erectile function and psychological state of patients in two groups were compared. RESULTS: The extended prostate cancer compound index (EPIC-UIN) score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the urinary incontinence questionnaire (ICIQ-SF) score was lower than that of control group (P < 0.05). International erectile function scale (IIEF) score and international prostate symptom (IPSS) score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: TVSSLRP can improve urinary control ability, erectile function and psychological state of patients with low-risk prostate cancer after surgery.
