[摘要]目的：分析鼻咽癌放疗患者接受全程护理干预对其生活质量及负面情绪的影响。方法：分组方法为随机数字表法，研究时间及对象为2018年6月—2020年6月接诊的70例鼻咽癌放疗患者，分为：观察组（纳入35例，提供全程护理干预）、对照组（纳入35例，提供常规护理干预），对照分析组间生活质量评分、负面情绪评分、癌因性疲乏程度、营养指标。结果：干预后，观察组生活质量评分、负面情绪评分、癌因性疲乏程度、营养指标优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：对鼻咽癌放疗患者应用全程护理干预，能够缓解癌因性疲乏，减轻负性情绪，改善营养状态，提高生活质量，值得推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the influence of whole course nursing intervention on the quality of life and negative emotions of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients receiving radiotherapy. Methods: 70 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into observation group (35 cases were included in the study, providing whole course nursing intervention) and control group (35 cases were included in the study, providing routine nursing intervention) Nutrition index. Results: after the intervention, the quality of life score, negative emotion score, cancer-related fatigue degree and nutritional index of the observation group were better than those of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the application of whole course nursing intervention in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy can relieve cancer-related fatigue, reduce negative emotions, improve nutritional status and quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
